These terms apply when you buy a plan or monthly check-ins from us. Please read them before you pay.
Our plans are for adults aged 18 or over. When you complete our form, you confirm your answers are accurate and complete, including your health details. Our plans are not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, takes insulin, or has had an eating disorder, and we will not sell a plan in those circumstances.
Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
We email your full plan, as a private link and a PDF, within 7 days of payment. If we cannot deliver within 7 days, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Your full plan is digital content made from your answers. At checkout, we ask you to agree that we may start work on it straight away, and to confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once we start. We start within one working day of payment. If you contact us before we have started, we will refund you in full.
For monthly check-ins, you may cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. If a check-in has already taken place at your request, we will deduct its value from your refund. After that, you may cancel at any time, either through the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments. We do not refund a month which has already started.
Your plan must match the answers you gave us and the description on our website. If it does not, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it. If we cannot correct it, we will refund you.
If your answers show that a plan would not be safe for you, we will not build it, and we will refund you in full.
These terms do not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our plans give general guidance on diet and exercise. They are not medical advice. Speak to your GP before you start if you have a health condition or take medication. Stop any exercise which causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Always check product labels for allergens, since supermarket recipes and ingredients can change.
Your plan is for the personal use of you and your household. Please do not resell it or publish it.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer which is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
If you are unhappy with anything, email hello@plateandrep.com and we will reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
