Plate & Rep is run by Dan Hegarty, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. We are the controller of the information you give us.

We do not use cookies or tracking on this site.
We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
Your answers are stored in Microsoft Azure in the UK South region, encrypted, and only we can read them. Microsoft hosts the service for us under contract and does not use your information for anything else.
The email telling us a new form has arrived carries a reference number only, never your answers.
We use trusted software and cloud services to store your answers and to help us prepare your plan. When we prepare your plan, we remove your name and contact details first. These providers act only on our instructions, under contracts which stop them using your information for their own purposes.
We build your taster and your plan from your answers and keep them in the same UK storage. Each one opens from a private link which only you receive. The link stops working once we delete the plan.
Stripe processes payments for us. Stripe collects your card details directly, and we never see or store them. We receive your name, email address, the amount paid and your reference, so we can match your payment to your plan. Stripe’s own privacy notice is at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
We keep records of payments for 6 years, as tax law requires.
We delete your answers, your taster and your plan 12 months after we receive your answers, or sooner if you ask. Payment records are kept for 6 years.
Your browser keeps a draft of the form while you fill it in, so you can pick up where you left off. The draft clears once you send your answers.
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us with your reference number and we will act within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
